Kelp Ranch and Smoked Trout Bagel by Sammi Tarantino
Toasted bagel layered with savory smoked trout, creamy kelp ranch, and a bold hot sauce finish.

Ingredients
- 1 bagel, halved
- 85g (3 oz) smoked trout, flaked
- 2 tbsp kelp ranch dressing
- 1 tsp bullwhip hot sauce (or preferred hot sauce)
- 1 tbsp tinned fish sprinkles (or seasoned breadcrumbs)
Instructions
- Toast the bagel halves in a toaster or oven until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes.
- Spread a generous layer of kelp ranch on the bottom half of the toasted bagel until ready to serve.
- Layer the flaked smoked trout evenly over the ranch dressing until ready to serve.
- Drizzle the hot sauce over the trout until ready to serve.
- Top with the remaining bagel half or serve open-faced, finishing with a generous sprinkle of tinned fish sprinkles until ready to serve.
