No-bake energy bites featuring mashed banana, rolled oats, and protein, finished with cacao nibs and seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed
  • 1.75 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 cup protein powder
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe banana in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl, mixing until combined.
  3. Stir in the protein powder, chia seeds, and hemp seeds until incorporated.
  4. Fold in the old fashioned oats and cacao nibs, adding more oats if the mixture is too wet to handle.
  5. Mold the mixture into small, bite-sized balls using your hands.
  6. Place the bites on a tray and freeze for at least 60 minutes until firm.
