Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana, mashed
- 1.75 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 cup protein powder
- 0.5 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mash the ripe banana in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl, mixing until combined.
- Stir in the protein powder, chia seeds, and hemp seeds until incorporated.
- Fold in the old fashioned oats and cacao nibs, adding more oats if the mixture is too wet to handle.
- Mold the mixture into small, bite-sized balls using your hands.
- Place the bites on a tray and freeze for at least 60 minutes until firm.
