Ingredients

  • 4 slices mortadella, thick-cut
  • 2 bread rolls
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Slice the mortadella into thick rounds if not pre-sliced until ready to serve.
  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Place the mortadella slices in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until the edges are golden brown and slightly crispy.
  4. Toast the bread rolls in the same pan for 1 minute until warm and lightly browned.
  5. Assemble the mortadella inside the rolls and serve immediately while hot until ready to serve.
