Ingredients
- 4 slices mortadella, thick-cut
- 2 bread rolls
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Slice the mortadella into thick rounds if not pre-sliced until ready to serve.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the mortadella slices in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until the edges are golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Toast the bread rolls in the same pan for 1 minute until warm and lightly browned.
- Assemble the mortadella inside the rolls and serve immediately while hot until ready to serve.
