Serves: 6Prep: 20 minCook: 15 min
Ingredients
- 900g (2 lb) ground pork
- 3 cloves garlic, grated (divided)
- 2 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp cavender’s greek seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup marinated red onions
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced into wedges
- 1 cup tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare marinated onions if not already done, ensuring they marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, 1 grated garlic clove, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; refrigerate.
- Combine ground pork, 2 grated garlic cloves, Italian seasoning, Cavender’s, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl, mixing until well incorporated.
- Spread a thin, even layer of the pork mixture onto one side of each flour tortilla, ensuring it reaches the very edge.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the tortilla pork-side down and press gently to ensure the meat contacts the pan.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the pork is browned and releases from the pan, then flip to the tortilla side.
- Cook for 1 additional minute until the tortilla is golden and crispy.
- Assemble wraps by topping the crispy pork side with a spoonful of dill yogurt sauce, cucumber wedges, sliced tomatoes, and marinated onions.
