Ingredients
- 500g (1.1 lb) chicken (wings or boneless pieces)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp msg (optional)
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, MSG (if using), chicken bouillon, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
