Sourdough grilled cheese filled with creamy Brie, sweet blueberry preserves, and fresh blueberries on toasted bread.

Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 4 tbsp blueberry preserves
- 0.25 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 oz brie cheese
- 1 tsp hot honey
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Spread 2 tbsp of butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a cold skillet.
- Spread the blueberry preserves onto the inner side of the bread in the pan.
- Layer the Brie cheese slices and fresh blueberries over the preserves.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side facing up.
- Cook over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes per side until the bread is golden brown and the Brie is melted.
- Remove from the pan and drizzle with hot honey and balsamic glaze before serving.
