Italian Sub Pasta Salad by Reviskitchenn
Vibrant pasta salad featuring cured meats, sharp provolone, and fresh vegetables in a zesty vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 450g (16 oz) rotini or fusilli pasta
- 225g (8 oz) salami, diced
- 225g (8 oz) deli ham, cubed
- 225g (8 oz) provolone cheese, cubed
- 300g (10 oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup italian salad dressing
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water until completely cooled to stop the cooking process.
- Combine the cooled pasta, diced salami, cubed ham, cubed provolone, halved cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a large mixing bowl until ready to serve.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper until ready to serve.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
