Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt to a large bowl; whisk until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Fold in the cooked shrimp, diced avocado, red onion, and parsley until evenly coated, taking care not to mash the avocado.
- Taste and adjust with a little more salt or lime juice if needed, then chill for 10 minutes for the best flavor.
- Serve cold as-is, over lettuce, or with crackers, and enjoy right away for the freshest texture.
