Ingredients

  • 2 packs momofuku green onion soy noodles (or dried wheat noodles)
  • 3 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili oil (adjust for heat)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, typically 3-4 minutes until al dente.
  3. Drain the noodles, reserving 2 tablespoons of the starchy cooking water.
  4. Combine the soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, and reserved noodle water in a large bowl.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce mixture and toss vigorously for 1 minute until well coated.
  6. Top with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving immediately.
