- 3 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili oil (adjust for heat)

- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil over high heat.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, typically 3-4 minutes until al dente.
- Drain the noodles, reserving 2 tablespoons of the starchy cooking water.
- Combine the soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, and reserved noodle water in a large bowl.
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce mixture and toss vigorously for 1 minute until well coated.
