Cheese Alfredo Bread by Recipebylayla
Crusty artisan bread topped with a velvety garlic cream cheese sauce and melted Chihuahua cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta baguette
- 150g (1.5 cup) shredded chihuahua cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 30g (1 oz) cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat, add the minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cream cheese to the pan and whisk continuously over low heat for 2-3 minutes until smooth and emulsified.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the garlic cream sauce evenly over the cut sides until ready to serve.
- Top with the shredded Chihuahua cheese until ready to serve.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden brown.
