Fried Chicken and Kielbasa Sausage Platter by Real Mouth

Crispy fried chicken and savory grilled kielbasa sausage served with a variety of spicy dipping sauces.

Ingredients

  • 500g (1 lb) fried chicken (pre-cooked or store-bought)
  • 1 link (300g) kielbasa sausage
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp buldak mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp buldak sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grill the kielbasa sausage for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the skin is browned and crispy.
  2. Reheat the fried chicken in an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes until hot and crispy.
  3. Slice the grilled kielbasa into bite-sized rounds until ready to serve.
  4. Arrange the hot chicken and sliced sausage on a platter until ready to serve.
  5. Serve immediately with small bowls of mustard, ketchup, Buldak mayo, and Buldak sauce for dipping until ready to serve.
