Serves: 8Prep: 10 minCook: 12 min

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, 5–6 minutes, breaking it apart. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of seasoned beef in the center, then top with a pinch of mozzarella and cheddar.
  4. Gather the edges of the dough up around the filling and pinch tightly to seal, forming a smooth ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush each bomb generously with egg wash, then sprinkle with half the grated parmesan.
  6. Bake for 12–14 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. While bombs bake, stir together melted butter and minced garlic. As soon as bombs come out of the oven, brush with garlic butter and top with remaining parmesan. Serve immediately.
