Hand-rolled fresh egg pasta with a delicate, silky texture perfect for any classic Italian sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Mound the flour on a clean work surface and create a deep well in the center until ready to serve.
- Crack the eggs into the well and beat them gently with a fork, gradually incorporating the flour from the inner walls until ready to serve.
- Knead the dough by hand for 8-10 minutes until smooth, elastic, and uniform in texture.
- Wrap the dough tightly in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to relax the gluten.
- Roll the dough out thinly using a rolling pin or pasta machine to your desired thickness until ready to serve.
- Cut the pasta into preferred shapes and cook in a large pot of salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes until al dente.
