Smoked Salmon And Caviar Bagel by Pov Saul

Toasted bagel layered with velvety cream cheese, delicate smoked salmon, and a luxurious caviar finish.

Ingredients
- 2 everything bagels, sliced
- 150g (5 oz) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 100g (3.5 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 40g (1.5 oz) black or red lumpfish caviar
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Toast the bagel halves in a toaster or oven until golden brown and crisp, about 2 minutes.
- Whisk the softened cream cheese with the lemon juice and half of the fresh dill in a small bowl until smooth.
- Spread a generous layer of the seasoned cream cheese onto the cut side of each toasted bagel half until ready to serve.
- Drape the smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese, folding them slightly to create volume until ready to serve.
- Top each bagel with a dollop of caviar and garnish with the remaining fresh dill before serving immediately until ready to serve.
