Spicy Egg Maggi Noodles by Pm Star 77

Quick stir-fried instant noodles tossed with scrambled eggs, sautéed aromatics, and savory spice seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet maggi instant noodles
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 green chili, slit
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions and green chili until soft, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes, turmeric, and chili powder, cooking for 2 minutes until the tomatoes begin to break down.
  3. Push the vegetable mixture to the side of the pan, crack the egg into the empty space, and scramble until just set, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in 1 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil over high heat, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the Maggi noodles and the included tastemaker seasoning packet until ready to serve.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and most of the water has evaporated.
