Spicy Egg Maggi Noodles by Pm Star 77

Quick stir-fried instant noodles tossed with scrambled eggs, sautéed aromatics, and savory spice seasoning.

Ingredients
- 1 packet maggi instant noodles
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, slit
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions and green chili until soft, about 2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, turmeric, and chili powder, cooking for 2 minutes until the tomatoes begin to break down.
- Push the vegetable mixture to the side of the pan, crack the egg into the empty space, and scramble until just set, about 1 minute.
- Pour in 1 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil over high heat, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the Maggi noodles and the included tastemaker seasoning packet until ready to serve.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and most of the water has evaporated.
