Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Sliders by Platesbykody

Savory shredded chicken tossed in creamy alfredo sauce, tucked inside toasted garlic-buttered slider buns.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns (pull-apart style)
  • 2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with the alfredo sauce in a medium bowl until well combined.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected if possible.
  4. Place the bottom half of the buns into a baking dish.
  5. Spread the chicken alfredo mixture evenly over the bottom buns and top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
  7. Whisk together the melted butter and garlic powder, then brush the mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
