Ingredients

  • 4 pretzel buns
  • 4 fried chicken breast fillets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup bread and butter pickles, sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the pretzel buns in half and brush the cut sides with melted butter.
  3. Toast the buns in the oven for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and warm.
  4. Heat the fried chicken fillets in the oven or air fryer until crispy and heated through, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Toss the hot chicken fillets in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a chicken fillet on the bottom bun, topping with a generous layer of bread and butter pickles, and closing with the top bun.
