Tender air-fried chicken thighs seasoned with aromatic garlic, smoky paprika, and dried oregano for crispy results.

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy edges.
  2. Whisk the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl
  3. Toss the chicken thighs in the marinade until evenly coated, letting them sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  6. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the edges are golden brown.
