Tender air-fried chicken thighs seasoned with aromatic garlic, smoky paprika, and dried oregano for crispy results.

Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy edges.
- Whisk the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl
- Toss the chicken thighs in the marinade until evenly coated, letting them sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the edges are golden brown.
