Beef and Snow Pea Stir Fry by Omaha Steaks

Tender seared skirt steak and crisp snow peas tossed with shirataki noodles in savory stir-fry sauce.

Ingredients
- 400g (14 oz) skirt steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 200g (7 oz) shirataki noodles, cooked per package directions
- 1 cup fresh snow peas
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp neutral oil, divided
- 1/2 cup stir fry sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
- 2 tbsp green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes; remove from pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil to the same pan, then add garlic, ginger, onion, and carrots.
- Sauté for 3-5 minutes until the onions are translucent and carrots have softened.
- Add the snow peas and cook for 2-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- Return the cooked steak to the pan, add the shirataki noodles and stir fry sauce, and toss for 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving immediately.
