Ingredients
- 360g salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha (adjust for spice)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pat the salmon cubes dry with a paper towel and season evenly with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until ready to serve.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the salmon cubes to the skillet in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl until smooth.
- Remove the salmon from heat and toss gently with the prepared bang bang sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately while the salmon remains crispy.
