Crispy pan-seared salmon bites tossed in a creamy, spicy-sweet bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 360g salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha (adjust for spice)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon cubes dry with a paper towel and season evenly with salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until ready to serve.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the salmon cubes to the skillet in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Remove the salmon from heat and toss gently with the prepared bang bang sauce until fully coated.
  6. Serve immediately while the salmon remains crispy.
