Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken by Nourishedbymads
Pan-seared chicken breast smothered in a velvet garlic-parmesan cream sauce with fresh herbs.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides until ready to serve.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through; remove from pan and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic to the same pan, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan, coating thoroughly with the sauce, and heat for 1 minute before serving.
