No-Bake Strawberry Cake by Nonafoodstory

Layers of crisp ladyfingers and a luscious strawberry-infused cream cheese filling, chilled until perfectly set.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pkg (approx. 7 oz) ladyfingers
  • 3/4 cup milk (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl with a hand mixer on high speed for 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks form.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a separate large bowl for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently with a spatula until uniform.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the milk for 1 second, then arrange a layer in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish until ready to serve.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries until ready to serve.
  6. Repeat the layers of dipped ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries until ingredients are used up, finishing with a cream layer.
  7. Freeze the assembled cake for 4-5 hours until firm enough to slice.
