Ingredients
- 1 loaf stale or frozen crusty bread
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Run the loaf of bread quickly under a cold water tap or splash it with water to dampen the crust until ready to serve.
- Place the dampened bread directly onto the oven rack at 375°F until golden and cooked through, about 25 min.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the crust is crisp and the center is warmed through.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately while warm at 375°F until golden and cooked through, about 25 min.
