Creamy Avocado Tuna Salad by Natashaskitchen
Flaky tuna tossed with ripe avocado, crisp celery, and red onion in a bright citrus dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) canned tuna in water, drained
- 2 large ripe avocados, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the drained tuna, diced celery, and finely chopped red onion in a large mixing bowl until ready to serve.
- Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, stirring gently until the tuna is evenly coated.
- Fold in the diced avocado pieces carefully to avoid mashing them too much over medium heat until heated through, about 5 min.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
