Cowboy Butter for Steak by Nadimsamy

Rich and flavorful compound butter infused with garlic, herbs, and lemon to elevate your steak.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix thoroughly with a fork or spatula until all ingredients are well incorporated and the butter is evenly colored.
- Spoon the cowboy butter onto a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper until ready to serve.
- Roll the butter into a log shape, twisting the ends to seal until ready to serve.
- Refrigerate the cowboy butter for at least 30 minutes to firm up before slicing and serving.
