Spicy Miso Ramen by Myriadrecipes Instagram
Creamy spicy miso ramen topped with gyoza, beef mince, jammy egg, and sesame.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp white miso
- 1/2 tbsp reduced light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 250 ml chicken stock
- 250 ml milk
- 3 chicken gyoza
- 1 portion frozen ramen noodles
- 100 g beef mince
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 1 egg, boiled for 5 minutes 30 seconds
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp neutral oil, for frying
Instructions
- Heat the neutral oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then stir-fry the beef mince for 5-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Mix the white miso, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and chili oil in a large ramen bowl until it forms a paste.
- Combine the chicken stock and milk in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer.
- Pan-fry the gyoza over medium heat according to the packet instructions, usually 4-6 minutes, until crisp and heated through.
- Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water according to the packet instructions, about 2-4 minutes, until chewy and bouncy.
- Ladle the hot broth into the bowl and stir to dissolve the tare, then top with noodles, gyoza, beef mince, jammy egg, spring onions, and black sesame seeds.
