Herb-Butter Braised Chicken Tenders by Mylifeasamom3
Tender chicken fillets infused with fresh rosemary and thyme, finished in a rich butter reduction.

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions
- Season the chicken tenders evenly with turmeric, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat.
- Brown the chicken tenders for 2-3 minutes per side until golden, then transfer them to a baking dish.
- Arrange fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs over the chicken.
- Cube 3 tablespoons of butter and place on top of the chicken, then drizzle with remaining olive oil and pan drippings.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
