Street-Style Chicken Seekh Kebabs by Mygourmetstory
Tender spiced chicken mince skewers with a charred exterior, served with fresh onions and chutney.

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken mince
- 175 g (3/4 cup) onions, finely chopped and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup green chili, ginger, and cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Combine the chicken mince with all spices, aromatics, bread crumbs, and oil in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Cover the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
- Shape the mixture into long sausage shapes, either by hand or molded around flat steel skewers.
- Grill the kebabs over high heat for 5-6 minutes to sear the exterior, then reduce to low heat for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently until fully cooked and charred.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh sliced onions, lemon wedges, and green chutney.
