Ingredients

  • 1 large fresh sweet mango, divided (half thinly sliced, half pureed)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 10 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup shredded coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup mango puree (for dipping)
  • 1 cup whole milk (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the half-portion of mango puree into the whipped cream mixture until combined.
  3. Combine the remaining mango puree and milk in a shallow bowl for the dipping mixture.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the milk-mango mixture, ensuring they are moistened but not soggy.
  5. Spread a layer of the mango cream onto a ladyfinger, top with a slice of fresh mango, and sandwich with another dipped ladyfinger.
  6. Roll or press the sides of the assembled bites into the coconut flakes until well coated.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best texture.
