Mango Cream Cake Bites by Mygourmetstory
Chilled ladyfinger bites layered with sweet mango cream and finished with a toasted coconut coating.

Ingredients
- 1 large fresh sweet mango, divided (half thinly sliced, half pureed)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 10 ladyfingers
- 1 cup shredded coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup mango puree (for dipping)
- 1 cup whole milk (for dipping)
Instructions
- Whisk the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the half-portion of mango puree into the whipped cream mixture until combined.
- Combine the remaining mango puree and milk in a shallow bowl for the dipping mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the milk-mango mixture, ensuring they are moistened but not soggy.
- Spread a layer of the mango cream onto a ladyfinger, top with a slice of fresh mango, and sandwich with another dipped ladyfinger.
- Roll or press the sides of the assembled bites into the coconut flakes until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best texture.
