Crispy Hot Honey Garlic Chicken Wings by Mygourmetstory
Crispy oven-baked chicken wings tossed in a spicy, sticky honey garlic glaze with fresh cilantro.

Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings, skin-on
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
- Whisk together paprika, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, lemon juice, baking powder, and corn flour in a large bowl, then toss wings in the mixture and let sit for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and place a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Arrange wings on the rack, ensuring they do not touch, and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes, flipping once, then broil for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in sriracha, honey, and chili flakes, simmering for 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Toss the hot crispy wings in the sauce, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve immediately.
