Chicken Malai Karahi Boti by Mygourmetstory
Tender chicken thigh bites in a spiced cream sauce with aromatic ginger, garlic, and fresh chilies.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) boneless chicken thigh, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 1/2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp milk
- 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh cream
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp green chilies, chopped
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine chicken cubes with black pepper, chili flakes, coriander powder, onion powder, ginger powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, flour, milk, and fresh cream in a bowl; marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Heat butter in a large skillet or karahi over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the chopped fresh garlic, ginger, green chilies, and cream cheese, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and extra chilies before serving hot.
