No-Knead Artisan Bread by Mydarr

Crusty, golden-brown artisan loaf with an airy, open crumb and a crisp, crackling exterior finish.

Ingredients
- 375g (3 cup) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 355ml (1 1/2 cup) warm water (110°f)
Instructions
- Whisk flour, salt, and yeast together in a large mixing bowl until evenly combined.
- Pour in warm water and stir with a spatula or wooden spoon until a shaggy, sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours until doubled in size and bubbly.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside for 30 minutes.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface, gently shape into a ball, and place onto a piece of parchment paper until ready to serve.
- Carefully lift the dough into the preheated Dutch oven, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the crust is deep golden brown and crisp.
