Crispy Milanesa Tacos by Munchieslabs

Crispy breaded beef cutlets tucked into warm tortillas with creamy fresh guacamole and golden fries.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) thin-sliced beef (top round or sirloin)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 corn tortillas
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Season the beef cutlets with salt and pepper, then dip each piece into the beaten eggs followed by the breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to coat.
- Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the beef for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Fry the potato strips in the same oil or a separate deep fryer for 8-10 minutes until golden and tender.
- Mash the avocados in a bowl with a pinch of salt to create the fresh guacamole.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a strip of crispy milanesa into each tortilla, topping with a spoonful of guacamole, and serving with fries on the side.
