Charcoal-Grilled Oysters with Savory Butter Sauce by Munchieslabs

Freshly shucked oysters grilled over charcoal and topped with a savory garlic-soy butter emulsion.

Ingredients
- 12 large oysters, shucked
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Prepare a charcoal grill for high-heat direct cooking.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, softened butter, minced garlic, onion powder, and soy sauce in a small bowl until smooth.
- Place the shucked oysters directly onto the grill grates over the hot coals.
- Spoon a generous teaspoon of the butter mixture onto each oyster.
- Grill for 3-5 minutes until the edges of the oysters curl and the butter mixture is bubbling and golden.
- Remove from the grill carefully using tongs and serve immediately.
