Chicken Tahini Ramen by Mrhollmilkeats
Tender glazed chicken served over ramen noodles in a savory, creamy tahini and chili broth.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 packet ramen seasoning packet
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp honey
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
- 2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine the chicken thighs with salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ginger in a bowl; marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cook the chicken in a pan over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown, then slice into strips.
- Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions, reserving 1 cup of the starchy cooking water
- Whisk the ramen seasoning packet, grated garlic, tahini, chili crisp, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in a serving bowl
- Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup of the hot reserved noodle water into the bowl to create a creamy, emulsified broth
- Add the cooked noodles to the broth and top with the sliced chicken, shredded cabbage, soft-boiled egg, green onions, and sesame seeds.
