High Protein Cottage Cheese Toast by Momsdish

Toasted bread topped with garlic, cottage cheese, tomatoes, basil, and salt.

Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 4 fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- Rub the warm toast with the peeled garlic clove for 10-15 seconds per slice.
- Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the toast while it is still warm.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and torn basil leaves.
- Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
