Cottage Cheese Everything Bagels by Modernflavour

Fluffy no-yeast bagels made with blended cottage cheese and baked until golden.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 g) blended cottage cheese
  • 1 cup (150 g) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg, whisked
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the blended cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until a thick dough forms, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Lightly flour a work surface, turn out the dough, and divide it into 4 equal pieces.
  4. Shape each piece into a bagel, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with the whisked egg and sprinkle evenly with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden brown on top.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
