Devil's Food Cake by Mimiskitchen

Rich, moist chocolate cake enhanced with instant pudding and sour cream for a tender crumb.

Ingredients
- 1 box (13.25 oz) devil’s food cake mix
- 1 box (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard bundt pan or 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, melted butter, and water in a large mixing bowl over medium heat until heated through, about 5 min.
- Beat the mixture on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and well-combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly until ready to serve.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
