Chocolate Mousse With Boiled Eggs by Michelachiappa
Smooth, indulgent chocolate mousse made with hard-boiled eggs, cocoa, and milk.

Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- Fresh strawberries or raspberries, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a high-speed blender.
- Add the caster sugar, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, and milk.
- Blend on high for at least 1 minute, until completely smooth and fluffy.
- Taste the mixture and blend in a little more maple syrup or cocoa powder if needed.
- Spoon the mousse into small dishes.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then top with berries if using.
