Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh mango, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster or pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl with half of the lime juice and a pinch of salt until creamy but slightly chunky.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices until ready to serve.
- Top the avocado with the diced fresh mango, distributing it evenly across both slices until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle with the remaining lime juice, chopped cilantro, and red chili flakes before serving immediately until ready to serve.
