Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure a better sear over medium-high heat until browned, about 4 min.
- Combine the paprika, oregano, parsley, basil, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl until ready to serve.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and coat evenly with the seasoning mixture until ready to serve.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the exterior is golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
