Sticky Honey Garlic Salmon, Ready in 15 by Maxy69838

Pan-seared salmon in a sticky honey garlic glaze, ready in minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- spring onion and sesame seeds to finish
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry, season, and sear skin-side down in the oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 min until crisp, then flip for 2 min more and lift out.
- Lower the heat, melt the butter and soften the garlic for 30 seconds until just golden.
- Stir in the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and chilli flakes and let it bubble into a glossy glaze for 1-2 min.
- Return the salmon, spoon the glaze over and let it cook 1-2 min until sticky and just cooked through.
- Scatter over spring onion and sesame seeds and serve with rice or greens.
