Sticky Gochujang Beef Noodles, One Wok by Maxy69838

Sticky, glossy gochujang beef noodles tossed in one wok.

Ingredients
- 2 nests of egg noodles
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250g beef mince
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 thumb ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 head pak choi, sliced
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- sesame seeds to finish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles to just under the packet time, drain and set aside.
- Brown the beef mince in the oil over high heat for 4-5 min until crisp at the edges, then add the garlic and ginger for 1 min.
- Stir in the gochujang, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil and let it cook into a glossy deep-red sauce for 1-2 min.
- Add the pak choi and a splash of the noodle water and toss for 1-2 min until just wilted.
- Tip in the noodles and toss until coated and glossy, then finish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
