Maple-Mustard Pork Chops Ready in Fifteen by Maxy69838

Thick pork chops in a sticky maple and mustard glaze, grilled over the coals.

Ingredients

  • 2 thick-cut pork chops (about 250g each)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk the maple syrup, wholegrain and Dijon mustard, olive oil and garlic into a glaze.
  3. Sear the chops over hot coals for a couple of minutes a side to get colour.
  4. Brush generously with the maple-mustard glaze and grill another few minutes a side until sticky and just cooked through.
  5. Rest for 3 min, then spoon over any remaining glaze and serve.
