Maple-Mustard Pork Chops Ready in Fifteen by Maxy69838

Thick pork chops in a sticky maple and mustard glaze, grilled over the coals.

Ingredients
- 2 thick-cut pork chops (about 250g each)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Whisk the maple syrup, wholegrain and Dijon mustard, olive oil and garlic into a glaze.
- Sear the chops over hot coals for a couple of minutes a side to get colour.
- Brush generously with the maple-mustard glaze and grill another few minutes a side until sticky and just cooked through.
- Rest for 3 min, then spoon over any remaining glaze and serve.
