Grilled chicken wings tossed in a sticky honey soy garlic glaze with sesame.

Ingredients
- 1kg chicken wings, split
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 thumb ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 spring onions, sliced
Instructions
- Toss the wings with the vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.
- Grill over medium coals, turning every few minutes, until the skin is crisp and golden, about 20 minutes.
- Simmer the honey, soy, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar and sesame oil in a small pan until sticky and glossy.
- Toss the cooked wings through the warm glaze until fully coated.
- Pile onto a board, scatter with sesame seeds and spring onions, and serve.
