Rich, fudgy brownie bites swirled with creamy peanut butter, rolled into decadent no-bake dessert spheres.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup brownie scraps or crumbled brownies
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Combine brownie crumbles, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until ready to serve.
  2. Mix until a uniform, dough-like consistency forms, adding a teaspoon of water if the mixture is too dry.
  3. Roll the mixture into 12 equal-sized balls, using about 1 tablespoon of dough per ball until ready to serve.
  4. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate until fully coated, then return to the tray.
  6. Chill for an additional 15 minutes until the chocolate shell is set and firm.
