Rich, fudgy brownie bites swirled with creamy peanut butter, rolled into decadent no-bake dessert spheres.

Ingredients
- 2 cup brownie scraps or crumbled brownies
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted (for coating)
Instructions
- Combine brownie crumbles, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until ready to serve.
- Mix until a uniform, dough-like consistency forms, adding a teaspoon of water if the mixture is too dry.
- Roll the mixture into 12 equal-sized balls, using about 1 tablespoon of dough per ball until ready to serve.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate until fully coated, then return to the tray.
- Chill for an additional 15 minutes until the chocolate shell is set and firm.
