Thinly sliced ribeye marinated in a savory-sweet ginger and garlic blend, seared for caramelized edges.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) thinly sliced ribeye
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-inch knob ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced ribeye to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and sliced onions, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned and edges are slightly caramelized.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds before serving immediately.
