Garlic Chili Crisp Lemon Sardines by Marion S Kitchen
Tender sardines tossed in a vibrant, spicy chili crisp glaze with bright lemon and aromatic garlic.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (approx 120g each) sardines in olive oil, drained
- 2 tbsp chili crisp
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Add the sliced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Gently fold in the drained sardines, being careful not to break them up too much, and cook for 2 minutes to warm through.
- Stir in the chili crisp and lemon juice, tossing gently to coat the sardines evenly for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, garnish with lemon zest and fresh parsley, and serve immediately
