Spicy Nduja Burrata Spaghetti by Marcoslittleitaly
flavorful Italian pasta specialty from Bari with spicy nduja and creamy burrata.

Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp nduja
- 4 burrata
- 500 ml passata
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Mince garlic and chili, then sauté in the pan for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in nduja and tomato paste, cooking for another 2 minutes until combined.
- Add passata and salt, bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain the spaghetti, reserving some pasta water.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat, adding a splash of pasta water if needed.
- Serve immediately, topping each portion with a burrata and fresh basil leaves.
