Homemade Piadina by Manuelughetti
Traditional Italian flatbread, soft and pliable, perfect for folding with savory fillings and cheeses.

Ingredients
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 3g salt
- 7g olive oil
- 50g warm water
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, oil, and warm water in a medium mixing bowl until ready to serve.
- Mix the ingredients together until a dough forms and knead into a smooth ball.
- Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Roll the dough out into a thin circle on a lightly floured surface until ready to serve.
- Cook the piadina in a hot non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown spots appear.
